Initiate Your Return
Log in to your RNIB Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene stickers remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
